The felt liner is comfortable right out of the box, and the adjustable chin strap keeps it secure even when I'm running drills. I ordered the basic shell and added my own gear, which worked out perfectly.
Finally a helmet that actually fits my head size without needing to swap pads—the adjustable liner is a game changer. The classic paratrooper silhouette looks spot-on for my WWII collection.
Was really pleased with how easily the chin strap adjusts, even with gloves on. It’s got that authentic weight and feel I was hoping for, without feeling flimsy.
