Oberschutz Sleeve Pip (Early War)

Finally a repro sleeve pip that actually has the correct dull field-grey finish instead of being too shiny. The stitching on the backing cloth looks neat and period-appropriate. It sits perfectly on my early war tunic without any wobble.

Used it for my Heer impression and the olive-green base matches my early-war tunic perfectly. The backing feels sturdy enough to hold up to repeated sewing and removal between events.

The stitching on this pip is clean and precise, matching the original early war style perfectly for my reenactment kit. It’s a sturdy piece that feels substantial on the sleeve, not flimsy like some other reproductions I’ve handled.
