This Heer Soldbuch is a reproduction of the standard pay book issued to soldiers of the German Army during World War II. It is designed for historical reenactment, collection, or display purposes.
Got mine for a reenactment impression and the cover texture feels properly worn without looking fake. The pages have that aged tone that photographs well, and it fits right in with my other period gear.
The layout inside matches the original references I’ve seen—unit entries, pay grades, all in the right order. For reenactment it’s solid enough that I don’t worry about it falling apart after a few field events.
The pages and cover feel convincingly aged for a reproduction, and the interior layout matches the period references I’ve seen in photos. It’s exactly what I needed to complete my reenactment kit, and the size fits easily in a tunic pocket.
