Got it today, and the olive drab color matches my original 1960s gear perfectly. The canvas feels sturdy without being overly stiff, so it should break in nicely during wear. A solid piece for anyone building out a period-correct loadout.

The stitching around the edges is precise and clean, just like the original issue gear I remember. It fits my canteen snugly without being too tight, and the green shade matches the old photos. Glad to see this quality is still being made here.

The stitching around the grommets is incredibly clean, matching the original pattern details I remember from old field photos. It’s rigid enough to hold its shape without being stiff, and the olive drab color is spot-on for my Vietnam-era impression.
