Used it on my MG42 for a living history display, and the textile weave looks the part next to my original equipment. It’s a solid, practical repro that holds up to handling without feeling flimsy. Exactly what I needed to finish the look.

The buckle clicks in snugly and the woven material sits flat against the shoulder, so it doesn't twist around when I'm handling my display MG42. It's a solid, no-fuss repro that looks right at home with my setup.

The texture is exactly right for period-correct displays, feels sturdy without being stiff, and the length sits naturally on the receiver. I’m glad I swapped out the old leather for this textile version—it holds up better at reenactments.
