Set it up in about four minutes with the stakes and it held steady through a windy night — the fabric feels noticeably thicker than my old poncho. For the price, this is a solid piece of kit that doesn't feel flimsy at all.
Took it out on a rainy weekend and the fabric held up perfectly, no leaks even after hours of steady drizzle. The stitching feels solid and the whole thing packs down small enough to strap to my pack without hassle. Exactly what I needed for a reliable field shelter.
Finally got around to setting it up in the backyard before a rainy weekend, and the seams held up perfectly with zero leaks. The material is thicker than my old surplus tarp, so I’m confident it’ll handle a few seasons of hard camping. Took about ten minutes to pitch solo, which is a win in my book.
