Kirkman M1907 Rifle Sling, Steel Hardware

Fit my 1903 perfectly, and the leather has that stiff, new-issue feel that breaks in nice after a couple range days. The steel hooks seat into the swivels without any wobble, which is exactly what I wanted for a period-correct setup.

The steel hardware locks in tight with zero play, which is exactly what you want for a sling that’s supposed to stay put during long carries. It’s a clean reproduction that feels solid without being bulky, and it’s already holding up well on my rack.

Took it out on my 1903 this weekend and the leather's already starting to break in nicely, the steel hardware clicks into place with that satisfying old-school feel. It's cut just like the originals, so it fits the rifle without any fussing.
